When does paid billing start?

After the beta period ends. We will announce with at least 7 days notice before any feature is gated behind a paid plan.

Will there always be a free plan?

Yes. A free tier for small teams (up to 5 active staff) will be available permanently — even after beta ends.

How will you price it after beta?

We are still finalising post-beta pricing based on feedback from real users. It will be flat-rate by team size — no per-employee fees. We will share the full plan breakdown before beta ends.

Is my data stored in Australia or New Zealand?

Yes. Our database runs in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2), keeping your data in the region.
