Common questions about how plans, billing, and the beta work.
What does 'per active staff' mean?
Active staff means staff who are rostered or included in timesheets during the billing month. People in your staff list who aren't rostered or clocked in that month don't count.
Is it really free right now?
Yes. All accounts get full access at no cost during beta — including all Core features. No credit card required, no trial timer.
When does paid billing start?
After the beta period ends. We'll give at least 7 days notice before any feature is gated behind a paid plan, and we'll honour the prices shown on this page.
Will there always be a free plan?
Yes. The Free tier (up to 3 active staff, 1 company, 1 location) stays available forever.
When are AI rostering and Xero integration available?
Both are on the roadmap and shown in the 'Coming soon' section of the comparison table below. They aren't part of any plan you can use today — when they ship, we'll announce them and which plans include them.
How do I get Business / Enterprise pricing?

Is my data stored in Australia or New Zealand?
Yes. Our database runs in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2), keeping your data in the region.
