Common questions

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond within one business day. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we read every message.

I can't log in to my account.

Use the forgot password flow on the login page. If you still cannot get in, email us and we will sort it out manually.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Billing is managed from your workspace settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from there.

Can I get a refund?

Beta is free so there is nothing to refund right now. Once paid plans launch we will have a clear refund policy.

I have a feature request.

Send it to the support email. We track all requests and the public roadmap on the About page reflects what we are prioritising.

Is my data safe?

Customer data is hosted in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). See the About page for the full security and data residency details.
